A couple of weeks ago at a Bday party I had the pleasure of meeting someone that has taken their passion and skills and turned it into a business, a tasty business at that.
Her name is Elaine Cheng owner and operator of Cookies By E, she had made some cookies for the Birthday girl and I must say it was love at first bite.
We talked about the creation and motivation behind her business and after loving what I had just sampled I decided to place an order.

Cherry Chocolate Chunks
Taste impressions:
The dough is cooked perfectly, it’s soft but not as soft as the chocolate that melts once you take a bite. The cherry is not overpowering and complements the other flavours.
Hidden Gems
Taste impression:
A variety of textures is experienced when first biting into these, the soft chocolate shell the moist chewy base and the marshmallow center. One word people……MOUTHGASM
